At notSKIN., we strive to make your shopping experience smooth and satisfying. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, here’s how we can help:
Returns
- We accept returns on new, unopened, and unused items within 30 days of your purchase date for a full refund.
- Return shipping fee: $5 (deducted from your refund)
- Available for U.S. orders only

- In the body: List the items you’d like to return and the reason for the return
Refund Details
- You’ll be refunded for the retail value plus tax, minus the $5 return shipping fee
- Any discounts used at checkout will be reflected in your final refund amount
Shipping fees are non-refundable
Returns take 3-5 business days to process after we receive your items. Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3–7 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the credit.
